Refund policy

Please note: No refund will be given for delayed shipping. Due to the current pandemic it has caused a huge delay on shipping and sourcing, resulting in orders potentially being received 6-10 weeks later.

Each item is inspected prior to shipment and is up to the quality standards set by Sunny Jacks therefore, No refunds are given due to change of mind or unwanted etc

To start a return, you can contact us at sunny.jacks@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to return the items . Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All customer will be reliable for the postage fees if the return is accepted.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective. All customers have 12 business days of receipt of order to notify us of a damaged product or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If contact is made after 12 business days, no refund will be given.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or items such as the Burp Cloths and Bibs due to hygiene reasons even if the item is unopened it can not be returned or exchanged/refunded

Please choose clothing carefully as we are unable to accept refunds on clothing 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. The customer is reliable for the cost of shipping


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. The customer is reliable for the cost of shipping.  If a customer receives a faulty item, they must contact us via email on sunny.jacks@outlook.com with a image of the faulty item within 12 business days of receiving the goods in order to be considered for a refund. If no contact is made after the 12 business days everything is considered as perfect condition. Anything outside of this period will not be considered for a refund
